Your Exploros classes were automatically created for you as part of the initial ClassLink import. This means you don’t need to manually set them up. However, if your roster changes during the year, you can sync your class at any time to make sure it stays up to date with ClassLink.
If your ClassLink roster changes (for example, students are added or removed), you can easily sync those changes with Exploros.
To sync your class:
Make sure you logged in via ClassLink
Navigate to the Exploros class that was originally created through the ClassLink import.
Open the Roster tab for that class.
Click Sync with ClassLink.
Note:
Syncing will update your Exploros class to match the current roster in ClassLink. During this process, students may be added to or removed from your Exploros class based on the most recent ClassLink data.
Here's how you import a ClassLink Class
1. Make sure you logged in via ClassLink
2. Open the side menu
3. Click on the black + button to create a new class
4. If you logged in from ClassLink, Exploros will detect your ClassLink classes that are not part of your Exploros account, and enable the Import from ClassLink button. Click it, select a class to import, and import it.
5. Follow the prompts to add a grade and subject. If you are subscribed to a program like WordlyWise i3000, Social Studies Bundle, or another curriculum program, add a license (If you do not, you will not be able to see or assign lessons, depending upon the program).
All students in the ClassLink class will be added to the Exploros class, and if they do not have Exploros accounts, accounts will be created for them. It's that easy!
