When overseeing Pre and Post-Testing at the district level, one primary goal is to get all relevant students to successfully pre and post-test. This report helps you track this process at a high level. You can see how many seats have been purchased, how many seats have been licensed for student use, and how many students have tested.

How to Find the Report

To access your reporting, do the following:

  1. Choose the Admin Console in the upper left-hand corner of your Exploros account.

  2. Click the Reports button on the top right next to your profile.

  3. Choose the TIA District Progress Report in the Summary Reports section of your reporting.

How to Read the Report

The Top Row: Summary

The top line of the report shows overall testing progress status: total number of seats purchased, the number of those seats licensed for testing, and the number of tests completed. The last metric in this summary is matching post-tests completed. A Pre-Post Test District Administrator’s goal is to get all these metrics to be as close to seats purchased as possible.

  • Seats Purchased: The total number of seats you've bought across all your campus subscriptions.

  • Seats Licensed: The Number of students enrolled in classes with active licenses

  • Pre-test Completed: Number of students who have taken a pre-test.

  • Post-test Completed: Number of students who have completed a pre- and post-test for the same course.

Details Table

Below the top summary row is an expanding table with more detail.

Each campus is represented by a row highlighted in blue. This row shows the total data for the entire campus.

  • Name: The name of the campus.

  • Seats Licensed: The total number of unique students enrolled in all licensed classes at that campus.

  • Pre-Test Completed: The number of unique students who have taken the pre-test.

  • Post-Test Completed: The number of unique students who have taken the post-test.

  • Pre-Post (Same Student): The number of students who completed both the pre-test and the post-test in classes within the school.

By default, the school row will be collapsed (folded). You’ll see an icon to expand (unfold) it. When you expand a school, it reveals the same data broken down by individual teacher.

Teacher Information

When you expand campus information to list teachers, you may not see all the teachers affiliated with that particular campus. There are cases where Exploros is offering programs to teachers who are not Pre or Post Testing, so showing all teachers can be distracting. Instead, you will see all teachers who have at least one class licensed for the TIA tests within Exploros. If you do not see a teacher who should be testing, contact the teacher and help them license their classes. If you see a teacher who does not have the correct number of students licensed, they may need to license a class or un-license a class. This article explains how to license or unlicense a class.

Campus Dropdown — Seats Purchased by Campus

At the top of the report is a School or Campus list. By selecting a single campus, you will filter the top summary row and the table for that campus. This can be useful when you want to see how many seats a particular campus has purchased.

Export

At the top right of the report is an export option, which allows the report data to be exported as a CSV.
