Campus, Teacher, Class, and student account setup

For certain districts, Exploros imports rosters as a setup courtesy. If this option has been offered to your district, please compile the following information.

Tab 1. Teacher Information

Please complete teacher information with associations by campus, as follows:

  1. Teacher first and last name - Please use proper capitalization. These names will appear in the app for both teachers and students.

  2. Teacher email - We will accept only emails with the on-file district email domain(s).

  3. Teacher password - A min of 6 characters. If teachers are using Google when the teacher signs in for the first time they can use the "Sign in with Google" which will configure their account as a Google account with their Google password going forward.

Tab 2. Class and Student Information

  1. Teacher Email - must match the emails that were provided in the first sheet.

  2. Class Name - The class name needs to be unique at a teacher level

  3. Student Username - This is can be the student's email, or a unique username at the campus level. If you want to use Sign in with Google, it should be the District Gmail account for each student.

  4. Student Password - A min of 6 characters. Again, if using Google students should click "Log in with Google" which will switch the account to a Google credentialed account upon first use.

Please download the file, fill out both tabs, then SFTP back to Exploros using the credentials we have provided. If there are any questions, please reach out in the chat. Thank you.
