Administrator Roles and Reports:

The Gold Bundle has campus and district administrators, in addition to teachers and students (which are the only users on the Silver Bundle). Administrators can see district-wide activity, TEKS reporting, and can drill down to the learning experiences that were taught to see class, and even individual student work. In general, the reporting provides visibility into curriculum and learning progress, whether the learning is face-to-face or remote.

The Reports Include:

District Analyzer: This report shows overall activity and can be filtered by campus, teacher, course, and academic year. It shows the most active classes, and the most taught lessons, along with things like quiz scores, etc.

Experience Summary Report: This report is a running list of every lesson taught in the district, filterable by Campus, Teacher, Class, Experience (Lesson) and sortable by Attendance, Quiz Scores, and more. Every lesson portfolio can be viewed by clicking on the blue learning experience name. This then shows class and student work.

The reports include general progress report and near real time Lead4ward type standards reports (number of students taught by standard/ , student responses per standard, time on standards, quiz scores)

Student Learning Report: A TEKS-based report that shows district progress on each of the TEKS, This report is similar in format to Lead-4-Ward style TEKS reporting, but shows the current year’s (or selected year in the case of multi-year use) time spent on TEKS as well as individual quiz-item scores broken out on a TEKS basis, and this report is updated automatically with live data. It also has a recommendation engine for selecting lessons that can be taught to address certain TEKS.

Teacher Features

In addition to the lessons, Responses Dashboard, and other features, teachers get a version of the TEKS Students Learning Report with which to see Class Progress.

In-App Streaming Video

To assist with the remote learning use case, Exploros has added in-app streaming video. This allows a teacher to broadcast her audio and video to remote students, and those students can raise their hand and be given microphone permissions to speak in class. The Gold Bundle comes with an allotment of streaming minutes, which can be added to based on need.
