The Admin Experience pane provides immediate insight into what is being
taught everywhere in your district or on your subscribed campus, depending upon your permissions. It answers the question, “What’s being taught on my campuses today?” Specifically see:

  • Which teachers are teaching which learning experiences

  • How many students are participating and view average class progress

To access this live dashboard, navigate to Admin Console using the top left-hand menu, and choose the Experiences pane, as shown in the image below.

You filter by:

  • Campus (if applicable)

  • Teacher

  • Course

Summary Metrics

On the top, in the blue boxes, you will see a summary of all live activity. Note that this information is dynamic, and will change when you filter the view.

Assigned

This "Assigned" area shows what is currently assigned — a card for each live experience. On the individual Experience Cards, you can see:

  • The teacher guiding the learning experience, and the Experience name

  • The number of participating students out of the total invited in the top right-hand corner of the card

  • The average progress through the learning experience indicated as a blue bar

  • The date range for the assignment

Ended

In much the same way as teachers have Assigned and Ended experiences for each class, you have Assigned and Ended Experiences in the Experience Pane also. In the Ended Section, which you can expand or collapse by clicking the arrow next Ended Experience, you see a list of Experiences that have been taught.

You can access the actual portfolio of the Experience by clicking on the hyperlinked Experience name. You can see metrics for average responses per student or quiz score in the blue boxes on the bottom right of each card.
