The following steps will assist you with exporting your data from Exploros into Eduphoria.

Step 1: Export Your Data from Exploros

  1. Navigate to your desired report in Exploros.

  2. Use the Export to CSV function to download student data.

  3. Open the CSV file and review the columns. You may need to reformat the file to match Eduphoria's required headers (see below).

Step 2: Format the Exploros CSV to Match Eduphoria Headers

Once you receive your import template, format your Exploros CSV to match the required headers. Follow the Eduphoria article Creating and Managing Custom Import Test Types to complete your custom import. Once the data is uploaded, you can view student results and generate reports.

Step 3: Upload to Eduphoria

Once your file is formatted and ready, the final step is to upload it into Eduphoria. If you’re unfamiliar with the process or need a refresher, check out this step-by-step guide from Eduphoria Support to walk you through importing custom data files.

Note: To Request an Exploros Template from Eduphoria

Eduphoria recommends that districts submit a helpdesk ticket to request a Custom Import Template for Exploros data.

πŸ‘‰ Submit your request here: Submit a Helpdesk Ticket to Eduphoria

Be sure to include:

  • That you're using Exploros

  • That you're requesting a Custom Import Template

  • Your district name and contact info

A special thanks to Jason Sturgeon for his help in sharing these methods!
